What is Laser Coaching?
It’s very straight forward! It is 15-minute coaching sessions, straight to the point, where we focus on 1 topic helping you to take the next step towards achieving your personal goals.
Our first call will last 30 minutes and is all about getting to know each other. It enables us to understand how you can be guided effectively. We’ll identify your major areas of focus, the steps you’ll need to take to reach them and the support you will require throughout that journey. We may also uncover some obstacles and start drafting how we can overcome them with an open mind.
Each session ongoing will be 15 minutes. On each call, we will work towards your goals and come up with the steps and actions that to be achieved next.
After each call, I will send you an email with a link to the call recording, your actions, and a link to schedule our next call.

- This coaching offer is towards the achievement of one goal at a time. Once that goal is accomplished, we will work on your next goal.

- You can schedule as many 15-minute laser coaching sessions as you wish over the next year, you must simply complete your actions before scheduling your next session.

- If during our first (30) minute session, either of us feel this is not a fit, your money will be returned immediately and the coaching is terminated.
What is the difference between Laser Coaching and 1:1 Coaching?
It is like going to the gym vs. hiring a personal trainer! 1:1 coaching is a long-term relationship going deeper on issues that are more about the person. Laser coaching lets you go deep into the problem itself and focus on immediate actions. None is better than the other, they just have different purposes!
Unlimited? What does that even mean?
Simple. Once you complete the homework assignment, you can go online and schedule your next session.
Can we really have 15-minute coaching sessions?
You would be surprised how much can be achieved in 15 minutes. Whether operational or personal, about creating a shift or bringing clarity, many topics can be coached in 15 minutes…
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. On our first (30 minute) call, if you don’t think I can absolutely help you achieve your business goals, then we’ll cancel the agreement and I’ll refund your money immediately. No Risk!
Is there a payment plan?
Unfortunately, no. Not at this super low annual price.
What if I can’t do the homework?
If you’re truly stuck, email me anytime. We’ll figure out how to move forward, either with an easier assignment, or breaking it into smaller parts, or uncovering and removing the blockage.
Can I think about it?
Of course you can – with two thoughts.
First, I’m limiting the laser coaching to the 20 clients a year. Once all spaces are filled in, you will need to be on a waiting list until a spot frees up. Along with this offer we continue to offer One on One Coaching, Group Coaching, Consulting, speaking gigs, and delivering our Mastermind and Step Up courses.
